The Kampmann KA-520 all-round service
Benefit from Kampmann all-round service. You order the air purifier and enjoy high air quality and safety. Commissioning, setting of the fan levels / quantities, replacement of the HEPA filter (including disposal) and cleaning of the pre-filter can be carried out by our customer service on request. Save yourself any maintenance work and leave the work to us.
Service package 1 Delivery & commissioning by the Kampmann factory or contract customer service
Have you decided on our air purifier and would like to have it delivered, connected and put into operation by our specialist staff? No problem. The following services are included in our package:
- Delivery of the air purifier to the destination
- Installation and disposal of the packaging
- Delivery and assembly of the floor roller, if ordered
- Electrical connection to a 230V socket on site (state-of-the-art design)
- Commissioning the device
- Parameterization of the fan levels on customer request
- Instruction in the operation and functionality of the device
- Creation of a commissioning report
The price for this service is for a destination within the Federal Republic of Germany (islands excluded) 479.00 EUR including currently valid VAT.
The price is for one device. The price for each additional device at the same destination and the same day of use is 59.00 euros.
Service package 2 Maintenance by the Kampmann factory or contract customer service
Have you decided on our air purifier and would like to have it serviced by our specialist staff after approx. 800 operating hours? No problem. The following services are included in our package:
- Arrival and departure to the installation site
- Visual inspection of the air purifier for external damage
- Technical inspection of the device for operational safety, functionality and defects
- Maintenance of the components (cleaning of the external and internal components)
- Visual inspection of the electrical components (electronics, control unit, differential pressure switch, power supply unit)
- Cleaning the pre-filter (if necessary: replace the filter if it is heavily soiled or damaged)
- Exchange of the internal HEPA filter H14 as well as professional disposal according to legal requirements
- At the customer's request: Change the parameterization of the fan levels
- Upon customer request: instruction in the operation and functionality of the device (e.g. when changing employees in the shop)
- Creation of a maintenance protocol
The price for the service is for a destination within the Federal Republic of Germany (islands excluded) 479.00 EUR including currently valid VAT.
The price is for one device. The price for each additional device at the same destination and the same day of use is 79.00 euros.
Material costs are additionally charged:
- Pre-filter: 55.00 EUR including currently valid VAT (2 filters are required for the XXL variant)
- HEPA filter H14: 189.00 EUR including currently valid VAT (2 filters are required for the XXL version)
